Where do I ship?
Currently, I ship to these countries, but not limited to (if you do not see your country listed please email me on my contact page)

  • Including:

    • United States, France Denmark, New Zealand, Japan, Sweden, Austria, Israel, Spain, Brasil, Belgium, Netherlands, Taiwan, Latvia, Norway, Finland, Czech Republic, Canada, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Italy, Nepal, Thailand, Mexico, South Africa, Singapore, Australia, Germany, Poland, Ireland and Luxembourg

      for customs:
      - the shipping price listed is a base price to ship from the east coast of U.S.
      - The prices for shipping have raised since 2020.

      - For international shipping: You are responsible for being aware of your own country's customs policy, as they differ greatly from country to country. You will be responsible for paying for any additional customs costs associated with the shipment of your item.

“I entered an incorrect address or I never received my package.”
I am not responsible for excess fees if the incorrect shipping address was given and/or you are not present at your address upon delivery.
PLEASE only list the address that has all correct information listed (apartment numbers, suite, unit number, etc.)
PLEASE be careful to enter the correct shipping information to avoid delays or lost packages.
Contact me immediately if you notice you have entered an incorrect address.
I will make the necessary adjustments if your package has not already been shipped.

If the shipment has been lost or returned to me - you will be charged the excess costs to re-ship and re-print your order.
The shipping costs can vary between $6.99 + depending on price and location.
The cost to print will also be communicated to you via email.

Once your package has been shipped with tracking I am no longer responsible for it. I am not responsible for replacing an item sent to you if you have entered an incorrect or invalid address.
If a package is marked as delivered but it is not there, in this case, it is best for you to file a claim with USPS as the receiver of the package. If a package is returned to the sender, the customer is responsible to pay to reship it.

Products shipped to the USA will most likely be sent through USPS. Shipping carriers for international orders may vary. Shipping times may vary and there can be unexpected delays.

Please note that orders with multiple items will be shipped together.

All of my products are made to order, for this reason, I do not accept returns or exchanges or offer refunds.

If you happen to receive an incorrect item or your item is damaged, please email me so that I can work with you to replace it.
